Aurhelia at KBFA
Gratitude Board Installed at KBFA

What does Aurhelia look like at KBFA?
On the first Wednesday of the month employees meet casually after work for approximately an hour to discuss workplace issues, and develop methods of resilience. The group could be open format (process lead), or topic based (inspired by a book, article, or video). In this way we could integrate leading research on behavioral health, workplace resilience, and organizational development into your current experience. On the last Wednesday of the month, employees submit a brief survey to track both individual progress and the effectiveness of our group

What are some topics, books, or activities we could expect?
